When you first sign up for Google+, you have the option to sync all of your phone's photos to your Google+ account. If you decide to do this, photos from your mobile phone will be automatically uploaded to a private album until you decide to share the photos individually, or move them to an album that others can view. Unlike in the Facebook photo app, you can upload 8 pictures at a time with the Andorid Google+ app.

How to upload photos to Google Plus (Google +) from your iPhone

1. You will nees to use an iPhone Picasa uploader app like Web Albums or the free ShoZu to upload your pic to Picasa

2. Browse your Photos from the Google+ mobile interface (you'll find the photo in Your Albums -> Photos from posts)
