Google Plus Steam is basically a place where you can have all your conversation at one place, this one just corresponds to the Wall in the facebook. This basically showcases all the content which is either shared by you or your other fellow Google Plus mates. You can see all the pictures, links, videos, location markers along with the text posts on this screen. So, next time whenever you want to say something or wish to convey the message in public then its got to be “Stream”.

The left-hand navigation includes a Stream option where you can filter your Google+ Stream. If you want to see posts only from your business network, you just have to click on that circle under the stream.

The right-hand navigation includes a link to manage your circles and a Suggestions section, where Google suggests people to add to your circles, based on who is in your Google Contacts and who your friends are following. You can also invite your friends to join you on Google+ from the right-hand navigation.
